Timothy H. Olson, CEBS, CMFC Tim Olson has been working with Nebraska employers for 26 years. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Indiana University, and has been in the employee benefits industry since 1980. Tim is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC) from the National Endowment for Financial Education of Denver, Colorado. He has had a State of Nebraska Insurance license since 1982, and a State of Nebraska Consulting License since 1996. Presently, Tim works with employers assisting them with self-funded and fully insured medical and dental programs, consumer driven health strategies, term life, long term disability insurance, section 125 flexible benefit programs, voluntary benefits, retirement programs, and executive compensation plans. Tim is President of The Olson Group that currently works with more than 140 employers participating in 450 employee benefit plans, and covering more than 20,000 employees throughout Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas. |

Greg Watkins, CLU The Olson Group formed a partnership with Greg Watkins, President and founding principal of Watko Benefit Group. Greg is an industry veteran with over 23 years experience in consulting, designing, and delivering employee benefit plans to a variety of companies. Most recently, and before forming Watko Benefit Group, he worked at Lockton Benefit Company as Practice Leader and a producer in the Kansas City Office. Prior to joining Lockton, Greg was regional manager of Great-West Life Insurance Company where he built the companies’ pension business and health and welfare portfolios to market leading positions. |

Greg Ritzdorf Greg Ritzdorf is a career professional with over 17 years extensive experience in providing total retirement solutions to individuals through investment counseling, money management, and the integration of specialized retirement products. He was raised in Omaha, Nebraska, with family origins in Howells, Nebraska. Greg graduated from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and started his 15-year career with Prudential Financial. He joined The Olson Group in 2005 and specializes in asset allocation, retirement planning, investment counseling, and health and welfare programs. |

Jeffrey L. Wallace Jeff Wallace has over 19 years experience in insurance and investment related fields. He was born and raised in Gothenburg, Nebraska, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Nebraska-Kearney, and started his professional career as an educator. Jeff is a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) from The American College in Bryn Mar, Pennsylvania, and is currently working toward his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations also from The American College. He has held a State of Nebraska Insurance license since 1987 and has been a Registered Representative since 1990. Jeff started his insurance career with New York Life and has worked extensively with employee benefit programs such as group health, group and individual life and disability plans, long term care, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, and retirement programs. He joined The Olson Group in 2007. |

Kristi Schleichardt Kristi is The Olson Group’s voluntary benefits specialist. She has over 11 years experience in the industry and spent many years training agents in the areas of Section 125 Flexible Benefit programs and supplement health plans. In addition, she will focus on sales and service in the health and welfare benefit areas, which include medical and dental insurance, group term life, and disability insurance programs. Kristi grew up in Burwell, Nebraska, and currently resides in Grand Island. She joined The Olson Group in 2007. |
