Attention to Detail—We want to spoil you with our service.  Our standard procedure is to hold employee meetings each year, meet with you semi-annually to review your current employee benefit programs, and make recommendations based on your situation and the marketplace.  In addition, we have service staff available in the Elkhorn, Nebraska office to assist with any and all service issues. The office is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and your call will be answered by a live person.  Our goal is to keep you as a customer for the long term.
