EXPERIENCE
We want to spoil you with our service. Our standard service model includes a review of your employee benefit programs each year, recommendations to keep pace with the ever-changing marketplace, and regularly scheduled employee meetings to properly communicate and promote your benefit plans. We actively participate on broker councils, have extensive legal and accounting resources, and work with numerous employee benefit associations to stay current within the industry. You can rest assured The Olson Group will keep you up to date because of our quarterly newsletter, vast resources and contacts. In addition, our support staff will assist with your day to day service needs throughout the year. The office is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and your call will be answered by a live person. Our goal is to keep you as a customer for the long term.

We currently have over 500 employee benefit programs in more than 150 employers covering thousands and thousands of employees. The Olson Group professionals will not only help you become knowledgeable about cutting-edge strategies with employee benefit programs, but will familiarize you with the marketplace and keep you current with the continually changing employee benefits industry.

MEDICAL PLAN DESIGN STRATEGIES
Dual option plans, health reimbursement accounts (hra), health Savings accounts (hsa), and other consumer driven concepts are programs we routinely design for clients. Both fully insured and self-funded arrangements are common in the marketplace. We will help design the program which is the right fit for you, and which utilizes cost effective funding alternatives based on in-depth needs analysis.

HEALTH AND WELFARE EXPERTISE
The Olson Group has large blocks of business with relatively few carriers. This business model means we bring value to our customers by negotiating lower rates for new programs and at renewal time. It also means we can negotiate special pricing for the majority of health and welfare programs offered to our customers.

RETIREMENT PLAN EXPERTISE
For more than 29 years, The Olson Group has helped employers establish qualified retirement plans, 401(k) profit sharing programs, 403(b) tax deferred annuities, 457(b) deferred compensation plans, and executive compensation programs. Our experience is vast; with over 100 retirement plan customers we have the ability to negotiate low fees with our large block of business. Our staff includes five full-time career professionals committed to helping employees understand the importance of retirement savings, retirement planning, and proper investment balance*. Individual as well as group meetings are held throughout the year to meet a variety of client needs. Our retirement plan counselors hold Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC) designations and average 20 years of experience.

EMPLOYEE ENROLLMENTS
Over the years, we have held thousands of employee meetings and specialize in communicating your employee benefit programs. The Olson Group representatives will not only help with pre-meeting preparations, but hold meetings on-site, and around the clock if necessary. We have a host of mediums to assist our customers in meeting with employees and effectively communicate benefit programs. Holding employee meetings each year is part of our core business model to ensure your employees are kept current with plan provisions.
